Ginger Heat Oven-Fried Chicken Wings or Thighs
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings or Thighs (1-2 dozen per batch)
1/4 cup Peppersaurus Ginger Heat sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F (or 425 convection)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oiled foil
Arrange wings in a single layer. Do not crowd.
Bake for 50 minutes, flipping wings over at 30 minutes. Wings will be golden brown and crispy when finished.
Warm butter and 1/4 cup of Dino-Mite! sauce in a small sauce pan while wings are cooking.
Toss finished wings in warmed Dino-Mite! sauce and serve immediately.
Accompany with bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
