Ginger Heat Oven-Fried Chicken Wings or Thighs

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings or Thighs (1-2 dozen per batch)

  • 1/4 cup Peppersaurus Ginger Heat sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F (or 425 convection)

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oiled foil

  3. Arrange wings in a single layer. Do not crowd.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, flipping wings over at 30 minutes. Wings will be golden brown and crispy when finished.

  5. Warm butter and 1/4 cup of Dino-Mite! sauce in a small sauce pan while wings are cooking.

  6. Toss finished wings in warmed Dino-Mite! sauce and serve immediately.

  7. Accompany with bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
