Oven-baked Jerk Snapper (or Fluke, Triple-tail, Mahi-Mahi, or any other white fish fillet)

Ingredients:

  • Fish Fillets

  • 1/4 cup Peppersaurus Jurassic Jerk sauce per fillet

Directions:

  1. Marinate fish fillets in Jurassic Jerk sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 F (or 375 convection).

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oiled foil.

  4. Arrange fillets in a single layer, skin side down (if skin is attached). Do not crowd.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Warm excess Jurassic Jerk sauce in a small sauce pan and pour on top of fish after it is fully cooked and flakey.
