Grilled Jerked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks, thighs or breasts

  • 1/8 cup Peppersaurus Jurassic Jerk sauce per piece of chicken

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in Jurassic Jerk sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Preheat grill to 400 F / medium heat.

  3. Grill chicken over direct heat, turning as needed.

  4. Use an optional smoker box for extra flavor.

  5. Place excess sauce in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

  6. Pour heated sauce over finished chicken or rice.
